1.How fast are orders processed?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship all orders via FedEx
2.Where can I find my store credit or know how much I have?
To view your store credit balance, just log into your Vataly account and hover your cursor over the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the page. A drop-down will appear with your balance, and the credit automatically deducts at checkout.
3. What is Choose What You Pay, and why are you doing it?
Sometimes we love the design so much that we overproduce it. We’re getting better at predicting demand, but to move overstock on selected items, we’re letting you choose what you pay. Moving through this inventory will help us put resources into developing new products for us to make and for you to enjoy.’
4. When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund. We will send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. No refund will be available for the logistics.
5.What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you!
6. What size am I?
To ensure you have the best fit you are looking for + help us save money/time on
the logistical front we recommend you use these tools mentioned below:
—A link to a ”Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, measurements are taken in inches and centimetres. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.

—If you need more help, our team can answer all your questions on sizing and fits. Send us a note at email@example.com for advice. If the fit does not work out the first time, just remember, exchanges are always free.
7. Will you be offering more sizes?
Yes. As we continue to grow, expanding our size range is on our mind. We currently offer sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL in Menswear. We offer sizes XS, S, M, L and XL (with XXS in the Tees) in Womenswear.
8. What if you are out of my size?
Most items have a waitlist – to add your email, just click “Waitlist” on the product page while logged into your Vataly account. By signing up for the waitlist, you will be notified by email once the item comes back in stock. If a product is out of stock, and you do not see a “Waitlist” button, we have not made plans to restock that item just yet. We may receive some stock through orders returned to our warehouse, so definitely check back in the future. We would also be happy to suggest a similar item – just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unsure about the size and fit of a product you love, email us at email@example.com for advice.
9. What is Gift Me?
Our ”Gift Me” option is not in operation yet, but it will be soon. It will give you the option to send a little hint (email) to ensure you give – and receive – well deserved and better gifts all year round.
10. What is your return policy?
All purchases may be returned within 30 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Refunds for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order. For refunds to credit/visa cards, we deduct ₹180 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit/visa cards used to make the original purchase.
